3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • At least 50% of the product must remain unused
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The product must not be expired

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products that have been fully consumed
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Shipping and handling fees

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package
  6. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team

Please note: Do not ship products back without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refund Processing

If we shipped the wrong item to you, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

10. Order Cancellations

12. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. Refunds for international orders will not include original shipping costs.
